Meditation is a technique that induces the body and the mind into a deep relaxation that promotes body healing, reduces anxiety and depression. It clears the mind, allowing decision making, positive attitude, self-awareness, and introspection. It also promotes a connection with the divinity within. At Acanea we use different techniques including sound healing to promote a deep relaxation.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses the light force energy that is conducted by laying hands gently to deliver energy to your body; to correct imbalance in our aura (electromagnetic field). This energy promotes healing to the body, mind, and emotions. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s and it means rei "universal” and ki “vital life force energy.”
For those life event changes that make us feel stuck, this program offers a deep diving into our conditioning and beliefs that are stopping us from feeling joy and happiness. We will use holistic approaches to those beliefs, feeling and emotions to transform them into a more desired outcome.
Acanea programs are based on four parts: Recognize, Internalize, Integrate and Transcend.
Throughout this program you will dive into a process of introspection to discover what are the conditions and beliefs that are stopping you to be happy. The process of observation and acknowledgement will bring light to what you have become and what you would like to be or what you would like to change. Becoming conscious and responsible for your life will bring you new possibilities to co-create a more prosperous future and a space of well-being.
